Teaching Philosophy

Teaching is my chance to add to business and information systems by producing well-equipped analysts, managers, and ultimately leaders. I enjoy teaching project management, systems analysis and design, programming languages, and organizational behavior. I will present knowledge to students in a variety of ways including simulations, case studies, and observation opportunities. I believe it is also important to test for learning in a variety of ways to cater to differences in learning. My recent teaching experience has been with instructing adults preparing to take the GED Exam. The site director of the program presented me with high remarks and a recommendation based on favorable student feedback. I believe that feedback was given because I encourage every one of my students to strive for the best and help them reach their goals through motivation and support.
